We conducted a full UX audit and introduced a simplified information hierarchy, clean typography, and a more intuitive onboarding process. We also built a customizable dashboard that allows users to track spending, savings, and transfers at a glance.
The new design helped position NovaBank as a leader in digital-first banking and significantly reduced customer support tickets related to app usability.
